1. Platform Purpose
This platform ("the Platform") is a discovery and connection service that enables users to find and connect with service providers for companionship, mentoring, and social activities. The Platform acts solely as an intermediary and does NOT provide any services itself.
2. No Platform Liability
IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER:
- The Platform is a CONNECTION SERVICE ONLY. We do NOT verify identities, conduct background checks, or guarantee the safety, authenticity, or reliability of any user or service provider.
- You are solely responsible for your own safety and security when meeting or interacting with other users.
- The Platform is NOT responsible for any interactions, transactions, agreements, disputes, injuries, damages, or losses that occur between users.
- Payment arrangements are entirely between users and providers. The Platform does NOT process, handle, or take responsibility for any payments.
3. User Responsibilities
By using this Platform, you agree that YOU are responsible for:
- Verifying the identity and background of anyone you choose to meet or interact with
- Your personal safety during all meetings and interactions
- All payment arrangements and disputes with service providers
- Complying with all local laws and regulations
- Conducting yourself appropriately and respectfully
- Any consequences arising from your use of the Platform
4. Service Provider Terms
Service providers are independent contractors, NOT employees or agents of the Platform. They are solely responsible for:
- The accuracy of their profile information and service descriptions
- Setting their own rates and availability
- Their conduct and professionalism during interactions
- Collecting payments and paying applicable taxes
- Complying with all relevant laws and regulations
- Their own safety and security
5. Payment Terms
The Platform does NOT handle payments. All payment arrangements are between users and providers directly.
Important:
- The Platform takes NO commission or fees from transactions
- The Platform is NOT responsible for payment disputes
- Users and providers must resolve payment issues independently
- Service providers are responsible for reporting income and paying taxes
6. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Using the Platform for illegal activities
- Harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior
- Providing false or misleading information
- Impersonating others
- Attempting to circumvent Platform rules
- Soliciting illegal services (including escort or sexual services)
7. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our sole discretion, without notice, for violations of these terms or any other reason. Termination does NOT imply any liability on our part.
8. Limitation of Liability
MAXIMUM LIABILITY:
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE PLATFORM AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM OR INTERACTIONS WITH OTHER USERS. YOU USE THIS SERVICE ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Platform, its operators, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these terms.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the Platform operates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
